② Before feeding, rinse the inner wall, stirring and bonding surface of the high-pressure reactor with mother liquor, and then slowly close the upper cover to avoid damaging the bonding surface
③ Fill the reaction solvent into the high-pressure reaction vessel through the exhaust valve, clean most of the residue, inject water into half of the vessel and stir for 10 minutes. At this time, open the vessel cover and clean the inner wall of the vessel.
④ When cleaning the high-pressure reaction vessel, clean the vessel cover and sampling valve, and at the same time, slightly fill the vessel with nitrogen gas in the presence of water.
⑤ For temporarily unused reaction vessels, soak them in 70% volume of clean anhydrous ethanol without tightening the screws. After cleaning the high-pressure titanium reaction kettle, it can be conveniently used for the next time.
⑥ After each reaction in the reactor, close the main valve of the hydrogen cylinder, open the outlet valve of the reactor, adjust the pressure inside the reactor to about 3 kilograms, close the outlet valve, open the inlet valve, then close the inlet valve, open the outlet valve, adjust the pressure inside the reactor to about 3 kilograms, close the outlet valve until the pressure value of the pressure reducing valve reaches safety, and remove the inlet device.
