Several issues to consider when purchasing stainless steel or titanium reaction vessels:
1. Small size, suitable for small workshops, personal use, large capacity, general application and large-scale production
2. The required reaction pressure for the reactor. If it is only used for reaction under normal pressure conditions, a glass reaction vessel can be selected; If high-pressure reaction vessel conditions are required, stainless steel or titanium reaction vessels must be selected.
3. The temperature that the reaction should reach.
4. The viscosity and acidity/alkalinity of the reactants. The viscosity of the reactants is directly related to the reactor agitator. If the viscosity of the reactants is high, the required stirring torque of the reactor agitator will be large, otherwise it will be small. The acidity or alkalinity of the reactants is directly related to the material of the reaction vessel, and different materials have varying degrees of acid and alkali resistance.
5. Heating method. Stainless steel and titanium reaction vessels offer various heating methods, such as electric heating, liquid heating, etc. When choosing a heating method, it should be based on the requirements of the reaction temperature, as different heating methods can achieve different temperatures.
Selection of reactor agitator:
1. Select the type of agitator based on the volume of the liquid being stirred.
2. Select based on the viscosity of the stirred liquid.
3. According to the mixing speed required by the process, it is advisable to use a turbine or propeller stirrer for rapid mixing to achieve liquid mixing or stable solid particle suspension.
4. When the volume of the titanium reaction kettle is greater than 500m3, a side inlet type is used, and a propeller type stirrer is preferred for the impeller.
5. Considering the heat transfer method, it is advisable to use an anchor stirrer for jacket heating; The heating structure with coils installed in the tank should use a propeller agitator or turbine agitator.
